I ordered a large casket spray for my wife’s funeral for almost $600.00. On the funeral day, I received a spray that had less than half the flowers of the one ordered. I was told that I would receive a refund for the mistake. Days later, I received a call from the manager who asked if I would like my refund by check or added back to my credit card (which I requested).
