Fast and Dependable! I just want to share the experience we had with Alford Plumbing and Heating. While we were away on vacation the house sitter called us to tell us there was a leak in the basement and we had the neighbor take a look at it. The neighbor told us it was the hot water heater. We immediately called Alford Plumbing and Heating at 10:00 am. He was there right away and had us a new hotwater heater installed in no time! It was finished at 2:30. The guy came in went to work after I showed him our problem and explained everything and was very friendly. It was our well water tank and he made time to come out on the same day.
When I first called I was so scared bc I didn’t know what the job would entail, but the lady on the phone was super nice and reassuring. Then when the guys came out it was quick and easy! Thanks everyone.
