Service/Parts team did a great job getting everything together for the lift modification to my truck. Truck came out looking great very happy with the outcome. Some minor issues like the TPMS will need to be recalibrated but this will be taken care of next service.
Got a truck from these guys a little while ago, had an issue with it and they took care of it without any hesitation. Dustin helped me out a lot, always answered the phone even after the purchase, and Wayne was also really helpful when Dustin wasn’t there or was busy, made sure the truck got taken care of and so did I. Better than hixson ford by a lot.
The service department once again was excellent. Mr Reese was quick and very courteous and professional. He got my truck squared away right away. I had a wonderful time at the dealership. I asked the sales manager if I could get a vehicle and he was very kind by letting me get one. He took me to the rental agent and told him to hook me up.
