Doctor is nice and he’s helpful, he’ll brake down every single one of the options that you would have .
Dr. Alford was great with his explanation on what is happening with my spine. I appreciate his conservative approach of not rushing into surgery if it's not needed at this time, while knowing it might happen down the road.
The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Alford and his PAs listen, present information and options with the minimum of jargon (except as appropriate to explain conditions and treatment) and work with me as a patient to get the best outcome.
He was exactly what I needed. I could barely walk by the time I saw him. After 11 months seeing another doc that did nothing, I saw Dr. Alford once and he knew exactly what I needed. I was scheduled for surgery 2 weeks later. Three days after my surgery, I felt better than I had in 18 months.
Dr Alford educated me about all options before I decided surgery was best option. He is professional, respectful and kind. His experience enhanced a positive outcome.

I have seen Dr Alford and Rodney for over 10 years. I am recovering from my last cervical fusion. He has performed 5 spinal surgeries on me. He is the best. He listens to my complaints and thoroughly explains the options before I decide that I want surgery. He listens to your needs. He’s very caring and personable. He is also my mothers surgeon as well. I highly recommend.
