Traditional neopolitan style pizza in the fast food pizza hut/papa johns wasteland that is the metro east. I worked here as a teenager, and will always be grateful for the opportunity. Mike is a great chef who is willing and happy to teach if a young cook is willing and eager to learn. Wish I still lived close enough to eat there and pick his brain.
Phenomenally good. Beyond all expectations. This is one of the best Italian places in the entire Midwest.
