Alfonso may make you feel that is helping you, I ordered an item and requested an advance which is fine, however Alfonso always avoids, says he had item ready but he never returns calls, text, is hard to catch him in the shop. I would not recommend for you to order item, if he has the item in the spot it’s okay, but if he does not , don’t trust this person

This little hidden gem inside Fox Plaza Mercado is a true find! Alfonso is incredibly welcoming to new customers and really listens to what you need. I brought in five gold rings to be resized, and I had them back within an hour—sized perfectly, polished, and looking brand new. Thanks again, Alfonso! See you soon!
