Dr. Tan and his wife made me feel so at ease and treated me like a human being which is not common place in our present world. Never have I actually looked forward to seeing anyone in the medical community. Dr. Tan is the exception. Very warm and attentive. Dr. Tan intuitively picked up on my emotional and physical health issues. Sincerely, Robert Nichols.

This is the worst doctor on the planet. Also, the secretary was incredibly rude.
Dr. Has difficulty explaining medical terminology. The office clerk is very rude. Had to call several times to office because paperwork was not being faxed for medical products I needed. She kept saying she sent them but everytime I called to verify it had not been sent to the pharmacy. Took 3 days to get processed. Gilda is rude and always makes me feel like I'm bothering her. No professionalism or courtesy to patients.
**Save your self some stress and agitation DO NOT GO HERE** The only reason this office gets 1 star is beacuse I had to in order to leave a review. Called to schedule appts for my spouse and me was like pulling teeth Gilda was rude as all get out, she asked for our insurance information we have 2 insurance each she refused to take our secondary. I canceled my appt my husband went to his appt upon entry Gilda gave him the run around about why didnt he have his records from his previous Dr, she did end up taking both insurance... read more
