Tenants destroyed our house and Krystyn gave them back all deposit money. Plus $500 maintenance money. DO NOT USE THSE PEOPLE. ALFONSO PROPERTY IS A RIPOFF.

They we very helpful in finding us a home to rent while we waited for the house were buying to be completed. We have 2 dogs and there were limited options available but they found us the perfect home. They explained everything to us relating to the lease. For the few times we needed a repair they sent someone out the same day. They responded to every question immediately. We new what was expected when we moved out. I recommend them without hesitation. They l told me that we were the only applicant for the house and that we would not have to put down the application fees until we knew that they took our dog and once they said that the landlord accepted our dog they said that the man ended up changing his mind last minute and they still will not give us our money back and the lady that said she was the manager yelled at me on the phone and said it was my fault because we didn't tell her about our Guinea pig and are bearded dragon however that was mentioned and I even put it... read more
