Please do a much better job with communicating with your patients. In today's world of portal messages and telephone prompts and voicemail...you all are really bad. Dr Castro deserves more stars but this issue hinders that
We just met Dr Castro today and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, caring, listened to my problem . Not rushed at all. The office is so well run , very busy but they move right along and are all very nice. Highly recommend this office and especially Dr Castro .
Dr Castro has been my pulmonologist for over 4 years. He is an excellent doctor, thorough, kind, caring, and a respectful listener. It's always hard to get an appointment with a pulmonologist on short notice because they have to be on duty in the hospitals covering ICU, and other responsibilities, but that's just the way it is. I've also found the staff to be caring and helpful, but I have to say it is not fair to give a low score to a doctor because you had a bad experience with someone else in the office.

The doctor is awesome but they don't won't or can't answer the phone. You will be on hold for hours. This is not nice. You have to go in person I guess to make an appointment.
