My sincerest gratitude to Dr Alfes and staff during the unfortunate event of my beloved dog's necessary euthanasia. They thoroughly explained blood lab results and risks vs benefits of different scenarios, allowed me to make the decision that was best for my dog while answering my questions. I had time to say goodbye and was never made to feel rushed throughout the visit. In such a difficult time, they made it go as smoothly as possible and I will be forever grateful.
