Called to ask general questions of their profession as I am out of state and needing direction on taxes in their state. Declined to help because I need to be one of their clients for them to give general information. Really disappointed that an expert in their field couldn’t direct a potential client. If I need to pay a CPA to register my business in this state, I wouldn’t call them. Very disappointed.
