I would give them 10 stars if I could. They did a fantastic job. The arborist came to my house and we discussed which trees needed to be removed. When the crew came, they were very professional--careful, thorough, safety conscious and they cleaned up everything when they were done. They went above and beyond in that they saw things that needed to be done which the arborist and I had not discussed, and took care of those as well. This was a wonderful company! From the beginning they sent someone to do a thorough consultation and let us know what was possible with the state of our trees. They arrived early for our tree removal and trimming appointment and were done in a very quick time. After finishing with the tree removal they cleaned up my backyard so nicely and didn't leave any debris. I was worried that they had missed a root after the removal and called them and the owner was so kind and asked for pictures of the root and took care of the issue.... read more

Outstanding service. We had to remove a huge tree too close to our house. Alfaro’s arborist advised us on the best way to achieve this, explained very clearly the options. The crew that came was highly professional, courteous, careful with plants, safety conscious, and left my garden very clean. Highly recommended.
