alfaro motor – I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP AFTER A SIMPLE ACCIDENT OF HITTING MY RADIATOR I WAS CHARGED $2500.00 OF WHICH MY VEHICLE SAT THERE FOR 3 MONTHS, ALL THEY WANTED WAS FOR ME TO BRING THEM THE CHECK THAT WAS ISSUED BY MY INSURANCE. AFTER HOLDING MY CAR FOR 3MTHS THEY CLAIMED THE ENGINE WAS SHOCKED AND NEED THE FIRST CHECK THAT I WAS HOLD FOR THE INSURANCE AS THEY HAD GOTTEN THE 2ND CHECK. Totally Satisfied – I had my car serviced at Alfaro Motors back in March.Unfortunately my car was hit unattended and I didn't have any collision insurance I had to pay out of pocket.I looked around for prices and came across Alfaro Motors in Brooklyn. These people were so attentive and the price they gave me made me very happy .The body work was the best body work I have ever seen...I would recommend this place to anyone...Great job guy's
Unbelievable Service - Love This Place!!! – On May 09, 2011 my 2000 Chevy Malibu was disabled on the Long Island Expressway & Main St. Service Rd. I had my car towed to Alfaro Motors at 354 Devoe St. in the Willamsburg section of Brooklyn. The manager of this repair shop came out to greet me .He then put one his employees to check out my car. completly statisfied – I was shopping around for prices for a transmission on my 2003 ford windstar and was not statisfied with any of them or the warranty that i was being given . I went to alfaro and got a price i was statisfied with the price that i was given they also gave me a one year warranty.the staff was very helpful in answering any questions that i had
Rip-off!! Beware! – My car got towed there after an accident and those guys charged me twice the market rate for car storage. Outrageous!! Don't Trust them!
completely sketchy – Like bigslick78, my roadside assistance (through a t & t) sent these guys to tow my car to a shop close by so that i could have the battery replaced. When they came, they convinced me that they could work on my car, and it would be cheaper, less hassle, etc. So, okay. My car was making a noise and then stalled out. It was a weekend night so I called Subaru roadside service. It was supposed to be brought to Subaru dealer, Alfaro motors is contracted towing agency for Subaru roadside service. That night they kept my car in their lot and were supposed to bring to Subaru the next day. Instead it got "broken into" in their lot, and they convinced me to keep it there for repair, stating it would be cheaper. This was the beginning of a long painful story.
