Hats off to the folks in the service department! John, Luis and the whole service team behind the scenes. I took my 2026 Chevy Silverado RST 4x4 in for a lower shield cover replacement and they took care of it for me. Did not buy a vehicle. my dad and I went in to see the Maybach SUV's they had on the show room floor. I cannot remember the salesman's name (I wish I did), but he knew we were there only to look, no way we could afford those haha. He took his time with us, hung out, told us everything we could think of to ask, and then showed us some of the other "cool" cars they had on the floor, never made us feel rushed or "not worthy" of his time since we were just looking.
