Bad services, bad product, received defected and damage and broken itrms but the company didn't want to resolved the problems after one and half month, took my order to replaced someone order that made delayed another month to ship my order. So disappointed.
I wouldn't advise buying the Dreamau machine. It does NOT come with the color chart/book as SHOWN in the videos. They have an app with exactly 406 colors and good luck with matching anything with the crappy app. The company doesn't seem to understand pixels and how they display differently from device to device. Further, you cannot order the chart, I asked. I was told the "manufacturer" only has one! I bought the machine to match colors and there is no way to do that! The shaker is AWFUL.
