Alpha y Omega Tire Shop will never be recommended by me. I had my car towed there Friday evening because of a broken belt. The only reason I chose this shop was because it broke down just two minutes away from their location. Saturday morning, I was told they would take a look at it and call me with an update. This is the go to place for me so far general automotive needs! I work out of town so when I get around to needing tires, inspections, etc I’m always under the gun. They have never let me down; professional, courteous and make time for my panicked needs!
They took their time to make sure everything was the right parts for my car even though they had to run around to get the parts. They went above and beyond and I believe they have integrity because they didn’t overcharge me. If I ever need anything else I will be coming back here.
I have been doing business with tires at omega tires for as long as he been in business. Everyone is extremely kind and professional and the service is very fast. I will continue doing business here as long as im driving. I appreciate everyone at omega.
