Was defrauded by this place. My wife and I booked a massage therapy session in August 31 and took advantage of our group insurance to cover some of the cost of the massage. When it was time to pay, we used our insurance (Manulife) but the receptionist was saying it didn't went through and she tried it twice. So she charged us the full amount CAD 400+ on my card. First time being in there . I called for the appointment in the morning and I went for the massage on the afternoon . Nice, clean place ! The receptionist is professional, and the lady who did the massage was very good ! Telling me about the hot stones, and the oil . I have a lot of pain in my legs and my neck . I had an amazing experience with Mona, she displayed incredible professionalism, skill, and attentiveness. She took the time to understand the areas I needed the most focus on, and her technique was both soothing and effective. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and free of the tension I came in with. Mona has a truly healing touch, and it’s clear she’s very experienced and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a high-quality, therapeutic massage.
