Had a great experience with Alfa Romeo of Seattle recently when I brought in my 2021 Giulia for service. The team was super helpful and got a new wheel ordered and delivered overnight, which saved me a ton of time. Everyone there was friendly, hands-on, and really made sure everything was taken care of the right way. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Big thanks to the whole crew — highly recommend them if you own an Alfa and want solid service and great communication.
Absolutely knocks it out of the Customer Service park beyond all prior BMW and Mercedes-Benz dealerships I've had over 30+ years of car ownership. Professional, courteous and very thoughtful service in a great sleek setting.
The dealer is great. I did have a fender bender in the car, they recommended Pacific Auto Body. Carlos at that shop was fantastic in dealing with everything and got the car looking beautiful. Hopefully not needed, but would definitely recommend for Alfa body work
