I really hate the fact this is even a thing. But there has been a recall on my model car for at least a year. There has been no updates. In the meantime my car has had several episodes where I have been stuck on the side of the road and having to figure it out. As a consumer, why is there no accountability towards these companies that are making cars and not having adequate parts available when there’s issues such as this. Very clean dealer with very clear parking for customers. Receptionist and parts manager were both very friendly.
Friendly and helpful team. They performed a service on my QV well within the timeframe they gave me. It’s a great location with plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants if your car is only going to be there for an hour or so. I don’t typically write reviews, but it was a breath of fresh air to work with a dealer that did what they said they would do, within the timeframe, and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services just because I was there. Bravo Seattle Alfa 🤌
