From the moment the manager saw me, he made assumptions based solely on my appearance, immediately concluding that I could not afford to pay for the car in full. Purchased a brand new Alfa Romeo less than a year old. Electronic issues, service made appointment, get to appointment, state there’s no appointment that person who made it no longer there but will see if we can fit it in will need to keep few days. No rental car but gave uber voucher of $15 when it costs $40 to get home and no way to work now. Called to speak to manager after being put on hold for 10 minutes hung up. Cannot reach anyone to help.
I had a recall on my Alpha Romero Stelvio. I found two Alfa Romero dealers in the Phoenix area. I chose to call Scottsdale. It took three phone calls, (leaving two voicemail-no option for a human)finally reaching a human I made an appointment. The appointment setter told me that I could choose anytime to bring the car in. Jon Kenny from service department is amazing. Very respectful professional and helped me out with my Alfa Romeo Giulia. Will the tech did a great job working on my car. I am glad i listed to the forum member Richard Kerr that gave him Jons number. Jon gave me a lyft service , also loaned a car for me because the service was going to take hours.
