I was in the market for a new Giulia lease as my current one was about to expire. In search for a new dealership (bad experiences at the one in Cupertino), I ended up in Seaside, Monterey. I was received very friendly by Cristal. Brian Sandoval took care of me to work the deal. He was very courteous, open and went out of his way to give me the best experience I had in years. Muy mal servicio por parte del distribuidor ( ojo: la agencia de av. Ricardo Margain es solo el showroom, el servicio es en la agencia chrysler de garza sada). Lleve mi carro al servicio y después de varios días llame para ver que tenía y no me supieron explicar, al siguiente día fui y se veía que no tenían idea y cuando fui a recogerlo me atendió otro asesor que me dio otra versión de la falla. La verdad el servicio se Audi o Acura es mil veces mejor. No entiendo como pretenden vender carros tan caros y con tan mal servicio... read more
