I had a disappointing experience with my recent visit here. After picking up my Alfa Romeo, I noticed an unusual wax-like substance on the right front passenger wheel that wouldn't come off, even after washing and other attempts to remove it. The car was also returned to me in a dirty condition, despite an agreement that it would be washed.
