I had great customer service and the service was excellent plus I got my car washed...I gave a good review at first then after I've driven my car 5 times my check engine comes on once checked it's saying my coolant is low but mind you that is what I paid to get fixed why don't I have coolant? It needs to be a second person to fix these cars.
We have visited this location several times and the service has been poor with all trips after the first one. We live in San Antonio, so it is a shorter trip than going to Houston. However, Houston has demonstrated exceptional service. The main issue with this Alpha Romeo service center in Austin is the lack of urgency to complete work as the employees are more interested on being on their phones than they are in completing the work.
