I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from Alfa Romeo. I have called multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. Despite leaving several messages, I have not received a single call back. This level of customer service is unacceptable and frustrating. I expect better communication and prompt responses from a professional organization. Please address this issue immediately.
Our Giulia needed rear brakes for our trip back home. David and the service department were able to get us a same day appointment to handle the service . We are able to enjoy our trip back home without worries about the brakes .
My fiance gifted me a 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia early February. On 2/14, I took the car to Alfa Romeo Louisville due to the audio system failure light being displayed. After a day or two of no contact from the service department, I phoned and was sent to David Price who advised a speaker was blown and would need to be replaced however, the part needed to be ordered and would take about 2 weeks to arrive. We had a first-rate experience with Alfa Romeo Louisville, from initial inquiry to post-delivery follow up, Absolutely no sales pressure, GREAT communication, and we were always felt welcomed by Jeff, CJ, Max and the receptionists. Would highly recommend for a pleasant car buying process.
I held off on writing this review in hopes that BGM would make this right with me, thus here is my honest review. In July 2023 I purchased my Giulia Quadrifoglio from Alfa Romeo in Strongsville OH. It was the most incredible car I have ever owned. In the first few months I had installed a $5k PPF, custom exhaust, vinyl pinstripes, and tinted taillights.
