Terrible dealership. I was there about 10 months ago and couldn’t ever get them to answer their phone to get an appointment. I emailed them and no response. I finally made an appointment on line. When I arrived no sign to say they were an Alfa dealer. No sign to tell me where service area was. They took me into the Audi area and got my car AFTER 5-6 hours they said it was done. It is now time for a service and my battery died. I called and was told they no longer are an Alfa dealer. They never told any of us Alfa customers. ... read more
I have 3 days trying to call to schedule service and nobody answers the phones, also tried the webpage but no luck either.I guess i have to go to Greenway Dealership in Orlando.
Great Experience. Kash was our sales representative. We were looking for a specific model/color of a new Alfa Stelvio that our local dealers could not offer. We live across the state and he made the sales transaction smooth along with excellent communication throughout the whole process. Car was delivered the next day on a carrier. Couldn't be more satisfied and pleased that we found them. I will highly recommend them for internet sales.
Awesome!! I had a great customer service experience at Alfa Romeo Lakeland. All the staff were extremely polite, professional, and pleasant. Especially Mr. Brad, who was very attentive and competent. Their service is of high quality. I highly recommend this dealership.
