Just stopped by for my first service on my Stelvio Competizione. No loaner car, no lyft service offered — meanwhile this is my third (and final) vehicle through this dealership. I wouldn’t have bothered posting a review, but whoever the tech was left a nice pile of dirt on my floor and I’m pissed. Truly just an embarrassing display of professionalism. You’re better off going anywhere else.
They work with you. I have not the greatest credit/student loans and rarely anything even on my credit. After about 6 hours sitting there, and one attempt to get me to take a Ford instead of a Fiat, they decided to really work with me. I felt insane for even going to a REAL dealership, but I knew I really wanted a Fiat! Somehow it all worked out.
