Too many unnecessary fees and overcharges that they dealer wouldnât remove from the out the door price (excessive doc fee, wheel locks and gps tracker)
When I asked about car salesman lied to me told me it was sold but it wasn’t. Wouldn’t deal over the phone
High pressure sales tactics, they don’t allow you to take invoices home so you can’t review prices and agreements at home, and attempt to force you to make a decision on the spot. Very scummy and underhanded business practices at this dealership.
The sales person demonstrating the vehicle was extremely pleasant and nice. The overall sleazy tack ticks of the dealership bundling in $2500 of unwanted crap like poly steel coating and some other garbage are unacceptable. Car was filthy and smelled bad. At least clean it before showing it off to the customer. Manager was nasty and kept pushing poly steel and other crap and claimed that it was already Applied. It was not! Car wasn’t even washed.
