Aside from the floor Sales rep, who was first class, the Sales Mngr / Owner, Finance Rep etc. were anything but. Conceited, indulgent and pompous attitude to a would be customer. Agreed a price, checked in 2 days later and the price had gone up by 2K without any rationale. No direct responses from the Sales team.
