I brought my Alfa Romeo truck to this Napleton on May 30 under my warranty. After about a week and a half, I was told it was ready, but the original problem wasn’t fixed at all. I brought it back immediately, and they kept my truck for over a month and a half — with no rental, no loaner, and little to no communication was not provided from them . I contacted the dealer through Cars.com and worked with the Sales Manager Rich S. One week later I drove from New York with my trade in and picked up my new Alfa Romeo Stelvio Veloce. The experience from beginning to end was perfect. Rich is a gentleman, honest and straightforward, and his sales Rob V. was exactly the same. I truly recommend them!! Just good people! Joe Chimienti
If I could give no stars I would. Called multiple times to order parts not 1 or 2 but it took 4 guys even the manager to mess things up. and 3 weeks, STILL HAD NOTHING ON ORDER FOR US. DO NOT RECOMMND ORDERING PARTS go to JOE RIZZA IN ORLAND PETE WAS AMAZING!
