If I could give no stars I would. Called multiple times to order parts not 1 or 2 but it took 4 guys even the manager to mess things up. and 3 weeks, STILL HAD NOTHING ON ORDER FOR US. DO NOT RECOMMND ORDERING PARTS go to JOE RIZZA IN ORLAND PETE WAS AMAZING!

Why should I eat the cost on service that was not provided? As I began my review on this dealership, I must say, had I read the reviews on this dealership prior, I would've been very skeptical to get my vehicle serviced here. I have never experienced such a horrendous service experience in my entire years of owning a vehicle. On 1/18/24, I took my 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio to get a simple oil change. An oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours. They claimed to wash my car as well, but bugs were still all over the front, side mirrors and windshield. Then, after it sat for a few days after the service, the tire pressure lights came on because they didn't even check the tire pressure after the rotation. Every tire pressure was wrong. This is second time I've been for service and second time I've had to do something to "fix" their service to my car.
