This guy was sent to my home by my landlord. First of all he showed up an hour after the two hour window he had given. We'd had seen 4 roaches over a period of 2 months. The first thing he did was spray along the walls of my home. When he sprayed behind my TV, he sprayed one of my son's movies that had fallen. Had I not watched him do this, I would have never known.
