I own a jewelry store in California and I do use them for refinery for 7 years now. The experience i had with Teresa is completely a disaster. She has a horrible attitude. Call several time to see about the settlement she just hanging up the phone on me. Email Dave he never respond. Bad part is after melt down the payout is so low. Good bye GRC will never do business with you again.
Worst refinery I’ve ever done business with. Almost 40 years in the business and never been ripped like GRC. Have sent Most of my metal to the USA and always been treated fairly. GRC took $25,000 off of the top. I always have my bars assayed before shipping. Dave and co. are not going to get another gram from me.
From the moment I walked in and Dave greeted me, I had a good feeling about GRC. I have a personal property and sales firm, and for years I was giving up profit to middlemen who would play every trick in the book. Some less ethical buyers set their scale to pennyweights and record it as grams, round down karat values, deduct excessive weight for stones, use cite low bid prices, and employ other tricks, such that before you know it, you're getting less than half of what you should.
