Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there was a lack of follow-through and clear communication. I was repeatedly told that supplemental documentation would be sent to my insurance company, only to later find out that it was never submitted. Instead, unrelated paperwork was sent, which delayed my claim even further.
