Cons and Liars Avoid if possible. Alfa was the importer of a slushy machine I purchased for 2500. I experienced electrical issues that resulted in the machine being ruined. I went through a very lengthy and unprofessional runaround with Alfa for a warranty replacement. After two months of back and forth a rep at Alfa stated that the issue was electrical and fell under the 5 year warranty and that a replacement was being shipped out.
