Just got off the phone with Kaitlyn the Manager & she is rude! I have been insured with Alfa for over 3 years and she gave me so much attitude because I wanted to know why my insurance went up & gave me an “assumption” from what she was seeing instead of actually digging to find out why. I liked it better when Tyler & Leslie worked there. They were sweet & always super helpful.
I really appreciate the personal touch they take to help, no matter how small the situation. I’m a proud customer of Alfa because of Aaron and his team.
After many issues with another Alfa location, Aaron and his team have been amazing! Kaitlin is top notch! She is always on top of your needs. She is quick witted and funny, extremely helpful and always seems happy to be helping! Highly recommend!
