This place in particular is extremely unprofessional. My vehicle was hit by one of aplha insurance’s customer. Therefore they handled my claim, repairs etc. Super unprofessional. I had to keep calling them to extend my rental (as my vehicle is still getting repairs )and they refused unless I called the Repair shop for them. I asked if they could call them instead . Just got off the phone with Kaitlyn the Manager & she is rude! I have been insured with Alfa for over 3 years and she gave me so much attitude because I wanted to know why my insurance went up & gave me an “assumption” from what she was seeing instead of actually digging to find out why. I liked it better when Tyler & Leslie worked there. They were sweet & always super helpful.
