Last Wednesday after work, I made a quick decision while sitting at the light to stop at ALFA to pay my bills. I had paid my bill there once or twice before, and never a bad experience. As I approached, I heard a dog bark before I even opened the door, but I naturally assumed it was coming from a car in the parking lot.
