I’ve been insured 30 years with Alfa never had a problem until another Alfa customer hit my auto. Now I have been waiting for months for the return of my rental medical and deductible. This accident occurred in October and I will not be reimbursed until All parties in this three car collision have submitted claims. Although this accident was due to no fault of my own, I will have to wait indefinitely to be made whole. 11 weeks and still waiting.
