I was in an accident involving an Alfa insurance customer and it was the worst experience of my life. My car accident was in November of 2024. The Alfa customer was at fault and I went through the company to handle getting my car repaired and financial compensation. It is now April 2025 (almost May) my car is still missing a part and I have not been paid.
