Have to say I’m highly disappointed in Alfa. I have been with them since 2014 and I found out through a text message that my auto insurance was canceled due to having 3 ach or ash (where the auto pay doesn’t come out due to insufficient funds) 3 times in my 10 years with them. Never knew it was a thing! Once I would be made aware from viewing my bank statement I would call well before cancellation date to make a payment.
