I hired Alfa Electric to do some electrical repairs in my house. He didn't show up to our 1st appointment on Friday at 6 pm. I called him 15 min. later and he said that he had an emergency service call all the way in Bend, Oregon (4 hours drive). That he was going to drive from Beaverton, OR to Bend, OR on that Friday 6 pm. Then we had scheduled an appointment for the 2nd time. He showed up.
