I love my therapy here! Everyone is kind and helpful and I truly feel like I am getting the needed support and insight I was looking for when choosing to go to therapy!
Therapist are friendly and easy to talk to.
Receptionist was so rude. I was having a panic attack and she wouldn’t even get a counselor on the phone for me to talk to. It felt like my problems and pain meant nothing to her.
I was charged FULL PRICE for a session that I cancelled in time to avoid a late charge. I have called, emailed, and messaged through the portal multiple times with an assurance of "getting back to me," but it's been over a week now. Definitely not good for one's mental health.
