I had the misfortune of having to deal with Alfa last week after a lamp post at my apartment complex fell on one of our vehicles. It look the insurance company two weeks to contact us back. I spoke with Scott Willamson over the phone. From the start, his tone would make you think that I had done something wrong. He told me they had video footage of an unknown car hitting the lamp post.
