I highly recommend this facility as a safe, compassionate and affordable alternative to the institutional care at large ALFs. The monitoring and personal attention my mother received was incredible.

We found a place for Dad, an island of compassionate care in a world that's discarding our parents. Platinum Oaks is a model for how we should care for seniors. It's an antidote for an industry that supersizes everything at the expense of personal dignity and individual care. Thank you Debbie, for giving Dad the quality of life that our parents deserve.

Platinum Oaks was a GREAT disappointment and I am so happy I got my mom out of there. The owner had no clue as to how care for my mom, who has dementia. It was an emotional roller coaster for the short time we were there and I would never recommend them. There were many, many issues from the moment we signed up, and not only the care.

You can get a better facility for the same amount or less. This place was a huge disappointment. I would never put anyone I loved or cared about here. The rooms are about the size of a prison cell and looks like one , with the exception that a prison cell has a bath/toilet, here it is a shared toilet down the hall.The food and the staff are deplorable.
