Have been trying to get a hold of for months to get the flooring he installed repaired because it had started to separate. Calls went straight to voicemail and no response whatsoever. Do not work with this company.
We love the rugs Alex made. They really tie the whole room together.
Nice workers and easy to work with
Alexs company laid the carpet in our condominium complex community center and within six months the carpet separated at which time he came back and glued it. However, it continues to separate and buckle throughout the entire room. Alex refuses to return phone calls and he will not take responsibility for looking into the matter.
Horrible work/installation. They did not properly lay our carpet in my condo building and now we have a $12,000 redo. Alex is not accountable and would never ever recommend him.
