He was polite and quickly responded, but for being a blonde specialist he referred me to someone else even though I want to add blonde to my hair… which may have been intended as helpful but it was beyond insulting. Is he a blonde specialist because he only works on natural blondes??
Let’s just say I will continue to either take a flight or will drive 6 hours, just to have Alex work his magic on my hair. Been going to Alex for over 7 years. BEST BLONDE SPECIALIST I’ve ever gone to!! And his attention to detail, priceless!

Alex is by far the best hair stylist I've been to. I've been to at least 10 different hair stylists in the past 3 or so years and have maybe left only one of those appointments satisfied with my hair color. I have thick, black, Asian hair and I get very bright blonde highlights done, which is why it's super hard for me to find stylists who satisfy my expectations.
