Charged our HOA for multiple months of Landscaping work when they had never even stopped by the property. When they did do work it was subpar. Also didn't shovel stairs per contract for snow removal in winter.
They have been cutting and maintaining my lawn for the past 12 years. Never had any issues. Pricing is good and they are fast and efficient when mowing etc
