Took my daughters to this salon. Before going I called to ask if they knew how to do natural hair the woman said yes. Well they do not! Natural hair is very fragile and you have to have patience when handling our hair. She was completely rough with my girls hair and have cause irreversible damage when blowdrying. This is always my go-to place when I'm not doing braids. Since I went naturally, my 4c hair can become very overwhelming.I had braids for months, so my hair was very damaged. You would think I got a perm, but it's a keratin treatment and trim. I was so happy with the results. Marta instructed me on the process and took extra time and effort to make my hair was extra fabulous. I went in looking a mess and came out at my best. strongly recommend.

The salon doesn’t even deserve a star. I went there as a last minute option. My niece got married on 8/24/2024 and I was looking for a place to do a blow dry. I should have known better when I walked in that the place was not the right one. The lady who did my hair set the blow dryer way too hot. It was literally burning my scalp.
