Did a good job with my hair but the only thing that was distasteful was how people assume that because of your race they think you don’t understand Spanish and when your in a profession to do people’s hair and someone is paying you shouldn’t be talking about the customer or the type of hair that they have it was just very unprofessional and the fact that people don’t understand the true heritage that they come from and have the nerve to talk about blacks is disgustingly unprofessional. I am very disappointed with this salon. My niece came in for a simple service, and without asking for permission or explaining what they were doing, they put a chemical relaxer in her hair. This is extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. Parents and guardians should be fully informed before any chemical treatment is applied to a child’s hair. We will not be returning, and I do not recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism and respect for clients.
