I trust my car(s) to Alex A friend recommended Alex to me three years ago. I will take my car to no one else and have recommended his service to many others. All are in agreement. Even though Alex specializes in European and Asian cars, he has done wonders for my Ford Mustang. I also trust my Honda Civic - NGV to him.
Hand Torque Tire Alex has been fixing our 25 year old car for several years. To keep that o'boy running smoothly is a feat in itself. He rebuilt that car's transmission. To even offer that as an option is incredible. Other places would have told us to buy a new one (transmission or car). Recently, we had a flat tire and need to to have it fixed. The staff is great and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. You don't have to worry about them scamming you or milking you for things you don't need. They are really honest. It's nice knowing you can trust what they say since it's not always easy going to a repair shop and not feeling swindled. They work on both of my Mercedes and the turnaround time is always reasonable. I refer all my clients there as well!
Always perfect service at Alex's!! – Whoever wrote the earlier review must be mixing this garage up with another one. I started using Alex's services more than 20 years ago. I have never been less than 200% satisfied. The service is friendly, fast and perfect. The price is always reasonable. I don't why the webpage says since 1996, because I know I've been going to him since 1990 at the latest. He services top-flight Mercedes and Jaguars, etc. and is always busy. If he's been in business for 20 years, how can you go wrong?!
Mechanic's? – Nice staff that says that know alot about cars but I took mine in and waited 4 months to get it back and $4K later runs better but I am still finding ways they "Mickey Moused" things together. Was expecting WAY better results and am disapointed.
