I called after google searching for fridge repair. A man answers "hello?" Leaving me guessing if this is the right number. I ask if this is Alex Fridge Repair and I get a "yes...." Like is this a business or what? I go on about my inquiry b.c I've committed myself this far and Alex goes on saying he's at Church and to call tomorrow. Yea, I wont be calling tomorrow. This "company" is so ridiculous, they didn't even make it to my house before I fired them! Horrible customer service! If you're going to list your phone number online, you should probably answer your phone!
Freezer was service and didn't cool down for 3 days after repairs. Turns out the main port was frozen solid with ice when they install a coil.
I was a little frustrated at first because my $8,000 freezer still had the same problem, but Alex came out himself and fixed it at no extra charge. A few months later, the same problem came back and a new one. Alex only charged me for the part for the new problem. It seem to all be working great now so I have no complaints.
