Excellent customer service.
I have always bought my straw from Alex and been pleased. The straw delivered today was not clean and gray in color. I had a bail left over from last year that looks fresher than what was delivered today. Disappointed.
RecommendedFast, friendly, and honest. We had fill dirt delivered from this company but will happily return to them for future landscaping needs.
On May 1st, my husband called Alexpinestraw and Mulch to order pine straw, edge our beds, and trim our hedges as he usually does every spring. A representative came to our home and scheduled a crew to complete our landscaping. On May 13th, we received a text scheduling our job for May 19th. We were rescheduled due to weather. Today I went to the Winterville location to get river rock for some beds. I had totally underestimated the job we were planning to do. We had my grandsons truck and quickly realized a pallet of river rock (2000 lbs) was not doable! We went with delivery and they were able to get it to my house quickly. Last year I ordered from Alex’s and had no problems at all. This year I called and found the same great service. The folks on the phone were helpful and pleasant. They delivered the pine straw the same day. The driver was polite. The pine straw was clean and looks great! Thanks Alex’s!
