I first hired another carpet cleaning service because of the good reviews, but the results were awful. They claimed there would be no residue, yet my cream-colored carpet looked gray after the cleaning, and the traffic lanes stood out even more. He answered all my questions in a clear and patient way, including details about where the rugs likely came from and which ones were worth ... read more

He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with, which made the whole process comfortable. Jay, the technician, arrived right on schedule and was pleasant and easy to work with.
