I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. I will definitely call them again. When we bought our house, the carpets were extremely dirty and looked terrible. I started calling around, hoping to get someone out the same day or the next, and one person suggested this company. when i think of alexis & sons carpet cleaning service, the words miracle workers come to mind! starting with scott in the office, who is so friendly and helpful, they managed to remove a tough wine stain from my carpet that had been there for a long time. my carpet still looks perfect and like new, which to me is the real test of a good carpet cleaning. i've used other cleaners before, but the stains would come back after a few weeks—not this time! when i saw how great the results were, i had them clean my son's place in ala... read more

This carpet cleaning service is fantastic! The first time I used them, they did an excellent job cleaning a cellar with a concrete floor. Our home was being remodeled, and the area used to have a coal furnace and coal bin, so it was really dirty. Bryan did a thorough job, and it looked like there had never been any coal there at all.
