Bryan did an excellent and very thorough job cleaning our carpet and a kitchen rug with Alexis & Sons Carpet Cleaning Service. The carpet was not heavily soiled, but after a long time the traffic areas and normal wear were starting to show. He was professional, careful with the furniture we were not able to move, and took time to answer all of my questions about carpet care, drying, and ongoing maintenance. I’m very happy to say my carpet is now fresh, clean, and sanitized. Levi came out to clean the dining room carpet after my daughter’s puppy had an accident. He treated the pet stain with an enzyme solution to break down the urine crystals, then deep cleaned and disinfected the carpet fibers. The whole carpet cleaning process was impressive and made a big difference.
