This has to be the worse apartment complex in this town, they are rude and inconsiderate. their employee screwed up and i am being penalized for it. i was informed an apartment would be available over the weekend. not only did they never call me when i finally did talk to them i was told it had already been rented out after i already paid the deposit and another apartment would not be available for another 4 weeks. Horrible staff that is incompetent for the job. Good luck dealing with them after you sign a contract. Apartments are old, dirty, and have mouse problems. The pool is gross (always closed during summer because residents have "adult fun" in it) , no public grills to make food on ( so good luck if you're on second floor). Always loud music and a bunch of stuff always happening (fire trucks and police always there). Definitely not a place for somebody with a family. These apartments are expensive for the size.Also,they don't fix anything.I have been here 5 months & told them about 7 or 8 things that need to be fixed that are rather important but they have yet to fix any of it.Due to that I will be moving shortly.
